Large East Coast IDN currently searching for an Organizational Development Manager to implement strategic and tactical system wide enterprise information systems organizational development and change management programs at the local system level. Selected candidate will prepare the leaders and staff for the change management component of a large clinical system implementation. Candidate must posses a Masters Degree in OD, Adult Education, Business or similar and MUST have a minimum of five years working in organizational development consulting, preferably with senior level management and physicians.
