Regional Sales Executive
At Premise, we provide the most intuitive and clinically-focused Patient Flow Solutions available in the healthcare industry. With Premise, you can transform manual, fragmented processes into fast, automated workflows. As a Regional Sales Manager, reporting directly to the Vice President of Sales, you will be responsible for growing the Client base for Premise’s line of innovative products. The Regional Sales Manager position offers an attractive base salary plus bonuses, medical/vision/dental/disability/life insurance, PTO, and paid holidays.

Primary Responsibilities:
• This is primarily a “hunter” sales role with some account management responsibilities
• Use consultative selling sales methodologies to grow the Premise product install base within an assigned geographic region
• Act as a Consultant and IT healthcare industry-expert to C-level Executives
• Provide complete sales cycle functions including prospecting, building key relationships with stakeholders, conducting presentations, and providing Client solutions
• Performs other duties as required by business conditions or as assigned
Qualifications:
• Must be able to demonstrate solutions selling or consulting sales experience at the C-level
• Enterprise-level healthcare IT solutions/consulting experience strongly preferred
• Successful experience working within complex sales environments
• Highly effective verbal, written, and presentation skills
• Effective creative problem-resolution skills
• Innovative thinker with the ability to conceptualize “out-of-the-box” solutions
• Ability to multi-task and work both independently and within a team environment with minimal supervision.
• Ability to travel as required (approximately 60% travel)
Education and Experience:
• B.A./B.S. degree required
• 5+ years of overall sales experience with 3+ years experience working within the Information Technology Healthcare solutions market space and knowledge of hospital workflow systems
• Formalized sales training preferred (i.e. Miller-Heiman)
• Prefer sales experience in health care/hospital info. systems, or related consulting services
Other Requirements:
• Demonstrated competency in using/configuring CRM Tools (Premise uses Salesforce.com)
• Experience with enterprise software sales (preferably in HCIT/HIS space) preferred
