First Consulting acquires software company Zorch
June 18 (Reuters) - Consulting services provider First Consulting Group Inc. <FCGI.O> said acquired Zorch Inc., a provider of enterprise software solution for the life sciences industry.
The company will incur a one-time charge during the current second quarter for in-process software research and development expenses, it said in a statement.
The deal is expected to be neutral to earnings in the second half of 2007 and add thereafter, First Consulting Group added. (Reporting by Aditi Samajpati in Bangalore)
