Piedmont Hospitals' HIPAA audit

Interesting article in Computerworld regarding the Piedmont audit...includes a supposedly list of questions from "a reliable source" from HHS to Piedmont.

It raises some curious questions in my mind:

1) Why didn't anyone send us that list of questions? Don't they know we love this stuff?
2) Do any of the questions seem extraordinary? Didn't to me. Is HHS fishing for something specific or are they just wanting to make sure that Piedmont has all their policies and procedures in place?

Thanks to Mr. HISTalk for pointing out that we did have a reader provide us with the list of questions presented to Piedmont (http://histalk.blog-city.com/news_042007.htm) We got the information way back on April 19th and we posted it on the 20th.

Obviously, we are way ahead of the curve...so far ahead that I forgot...how could I have doubted our readers?
