Because of your list, I am inferring you want best-of-breed vendors only (not Epic, Cerner):

SIS - Surgical Information Systems http://www.sisfirst.com
Mediware - not recommended but if you need to fill-out a RFI list
McKesson - Horizon Surgical Manager
Per-Se - ORSOS

Keep in mind anesthesia software (a la DocuSys) while performing this search.

There is a company called MD Buyline that does a quarterly (I believe) report on ORIS systems. The chapter of the report that compares user sat. and price of the various ORIS vendors is attached to this post. You'll see in this report that Surgical Information Systems (SIS) holds the#1 spot in terms of both user satisfaction and price.
