Convergence of IT and Clinical Engineering Help Desk services
Our company provides help desk/service management outsourcing for hospitals and other verticals. Many of our prospective clients (CIOs) are being challenged with absorbing the clinical engineering managed services help desk. We are wanting to provide consutling/process management and outsourcing to accomodate these needs. I am looking for input/consulting on developing these offerings and a better understanding of the challenges around clinical engineering support services. All input is appreciated.
