Malloch, an expert in the development of data-driven processes and systems for patient care, serves as a clinical professor in the newly created Master’s in Healthcare Innovation program at Arizona State University’s College of Nursing and Healthcare Innovation. A registered nurse for 35 years, she has published extensively in proctored health journals and has co-authored a number of books, including
