Summary
Salar is seeking a top producing, regional sales executive to represent Salar's products and services professionally and proficiently to the healthcare industry.

Located in Baltimore’s historic Fells Point, Salar’s offices are near many fine establishments and social activities such as promenades, restaurants, shops, and theaters.

Responsibilities
Represent the Company’s products and services professionally and proficiently to the healthcare industry.

Serve as the overall account manager to manage customer expectations through the qualification, presentation, contract, and close phases of the sales process.

Prospect qualified opportunities through independent cold-calling and onsite account visits.

Achieve quarterly quotas for sales events.

Document and continuously update all related sales activity in the Company’s customer database in accordance with the Company’s sales process.

Maintain a consistent funnel of a minimum of 3X assigned quota ($) of qualified opportunities in personal sales funnel. (Note: Exclusive of a nine month ramp-up period)

Report and forecast closed business in a timely manner.

Report all sales activity to the President.

Formulate a winning strategy and employ current resources as required to complete the sale and handoff to the implementation team.

Coordinate a successful transition of new customer to the Implementation Team by guiding and managing Company and customer expectations during the transition and through the deployment process.

Applicant Requirements and Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of experience successfully selling clinical software solutions into hospitals

Understanding of clinical documentation tools

Verifiable history of meeting or exceeding established quotas

Distinguishing Characteristics
Ability to create inventive solutions to market and sell Salar’s products

Ability to work individually and in a team environment

Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies
