Leading Provider of Forms Automation Solutions Extends Offerings with Powerful Online Forms and Workflow Automation Suite


Access, developer of the Access Enterprise Forms Management (EFM) suite, today announced the acquisition of all of the intellectual property and contracts of Formatta – the leading provider of e-forms-driven business process optimization solutions – into its subsidiary, Access FSA LLC. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Formatta solutions being purchased by Access enable customers in healthcare, commercial and government sectors to quickly capture, verify, and approve data needed to complete business processes, and to pass it through automated workflows. Proven integration technology empowers Formatta solutions to update business systems with real-time data, and to interface forms images into enterprise content/document management (ECM/EDM) systems for archiving.
